Valley Transit provides Demand Response service within the Valley Monday-Saturday. Demand Response is service is a curb to curb service that is based on reservation. This service is open to everyone. All you have to do to schedule a ride is call customer service during office hours (6a-8p M-F & Saturday 7.30a-4p). All rides are based on availability. Fares are based on zoning, costing $3 a zone for general public and $2 a zone for senior (60+) and youth (17 and younger). ID may be needed for age verification. You can pay the exact fare in cash or start a ticketless fare account. Bus drivers do not provide change so, all cash fare purchases on board must be with exact change.

Demand Response vehicles have wheelchair lifts with a lifting capacity of 500lbs.
